FOUNDER
Founder Chairman Sri. Y. Ramachandra was one of the pioneers in the field of Education in Karnataka. As a Minister in the Government of Karnataka, Mayor of the corporation of the City of Bangalore, Member of the Senate, Syndicate and Academic Council of Mysore and Bangalore Universities, Member of Board of Pre-University Education, Government of Karnataka,he has rendered yeoman service to society in general and to cause of Education in particular. He has served these academic bodies with great dedication and rare distinction. Sri. Y. Ramachandra had widely travelled and on the invitation of U.S.A., U.K. Europe, South East Asia and other foreign Governments he visited the internationally reputed Universities of those countries and studied the working of their centers of learning.

Sri. Y. Ramachandra was a gentleman endowed with rare vision and administrative acumen and under his able guidance and leadership the said Educational Institutions have been catering to the Educational needs of Society. All the Institutions he has founded are Unique in their own way and they are monuments to his zeal, selfless service, devotion and dedication to the cause of education. The success these Institutions have attained is indeed a matter for joy and pride. There is no doubt that the torch of learning he has lit is sure to glow brighter in the years to come and would continue to illumine the minds of scores of young men and women.

Sri Sai Vidyalaya is an unit of Sri Sai Group of Educational Institutions. It was established by late Sri. Y. Ramachandra. The objective of the founder is to provide good school education at a formative age of young boys/girls at an affordable cost was fulfilled, since the campus of the school is surrounded by residential localities. The following branches of the school has lived and functioned upto the expectation of the founder to provide good quality education to its pupils with the appropriate moral background to mould them into worthy citizens of the country. It may be noted with pride that the first batch of the SSLC students have passed in flying colours securing 100% results with many first classes and distinctions and the same feat has been repeated
CHAIRMAN
Sri. R. Ananda was born on 3rd November 1952. He is the son of Sri. Y. Ramachandra, a freedom fighter, former Mayor of Bangalore City and Minister of Government of Karnataka. His mother Smt. Saroja Ramachandra was the first teacher and inspirer of Sri. R. Ananda. He is blessed with a very happy and cheerful life with spiritual atmosphere in family life right from childhood.

Sri. R. Ananda had his school education in Arya Vidaya Shala, Gandhinagar, B.Com degree from Government R. C. College of Commerce, and Law degree from Government Law College, Bangalore. He is an Associate member of All India Management Association, New Delhi and Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Sri. R. Ananda, served in various capacities like chairman, Bangalore Branch, of Southern India Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, President, Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association, Member Tax Advisory Committee, Government of Karnataka, Member Taxation Committee, Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Member University Liaison Committee, Public Relations Committee, Information Technology Committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India both at Southern India and National level. He was also one of the official delegate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and visited Australia, China, Colombo, Hong-Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Middle East countries and studied the corporate practices, economic scenario and professional practices and standards in those countries.

Sri. R. Ananda’s services to the education field are, he has served as Director, Modern Institute of Management and Business Administration offering Management Education courses of Bangalore University, Chairman of Finance Sub Committee and Senate Member of Bangalore University, Member, Board of Management of various Colleges of Bangalore University, Member Board of Studies and Faculty of Commerce and Management of Bangalore University as one of the subject expert. He also served as one of the member of Fee Fixation Committee for professional courses of Government of Karnataka.
Sri. R. Ananda is a Chartered Accountant by profession but he is an educationist by passion at present he is Honorary chairman of Sri Sai Group of Educational Institutions, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, which is running schools and colleges offering education from Nursery to Post Graduate Courses.

Mr. A. Saiprasad is a practicing advocate. He is a commerce graduate from Vijaya College. He pursued his Chartered Accountancy course under Sri.B.P.Rao, Chartered Accountant and Past President of the ICAI. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006. He qualified as an advocate in 2009 while working under his senior Sri K.S.Ravi Shankar. He started his independent practice in 2012. He represents Trade and Industry before departmental authorities, judicial forums of CESTAT, Revisionary Authority & High Court of Karnataka. Mr Saiprasad has also pursued and completed his post qualification courses in Diploma in Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and Computer Information Systems Audit (CISA) from ISACA, USA. He has presented paper at National and State Level Conferences and contributed monthly articles to Bangalore Branch of ICAI Journal. He was part of Research Committee – GST Sub Group, SIRC of ICAI dealing with suggesting “Transitional Provisions for GST” and a part of Bangalore Study Group - GST constituted by Indirect Tax Committee, New Delhi. He is one of the faculties for post qualification course in Indirect Taxes, conducted for CAs by Indirect Tax Committee, ICAI, New Delhi. He has also thought departmental officials of customs, excise and service tax, across India in addition to CA and ICWA students.
