  • To ensure quick, fair, and confidential resolution of complaints related to academics, administration, infrastructure, or personal issues.

  • To educate students about their rights and responsibilities within the college environment.

  • To encourage a sense of accountability and sensitivity among staff and students.

  • To develop a harmonious relationship between students and administration by resolving issues through dialogue and mutual understanding.

  • To monitor and review the effectiveness of grievance handling procedures periodically.

  • To prevent escalation of minor issues into major problems by early intervention.
